A Letter From The Founder

To our Dear and Loyal Customers:

In a bittersweet blend of sadness and gratitude, I have to let you know that Knot Anymore’s time at the Austin Airport has come to an end.

We have received our notice to vacate, and our last day of business at ABIA will be on 12.31.18.

As many of you know, we were not the successful offeror in an RFP that the airport executed for the massage business. ABIA will instead be installing a large, multinational airport spa where our current locations are.

After Austin City Council’s final vote on this issue last December, we knew this time would come – but that does not make it any easier now that it’s upon us.

We will dearly miss serving the traveling public in this amazing airport. Over the past nearly 17 years, we’ve come to know many of you, your stories and your stresses, and we have eased the burden of travel, work …. (and life!) for countless numbers of you.

Those moments are the source of much pride and joy for all of us as we reflect back on our long and happy tenure at ABIA.
